波乗り

原発から北へ30kmほどにある烏崎の浜辺、震災以直後はさすがにサーファーを見
かけなかったが、1年が過ぎた頃から散見するようになった。

このサーファーさんは海からあがると清々しいお顔をしていた。
海が多数の人の生命を奪ったのも、原発から日々汚染水が漏れているのも十分承
知している。けれど震災以前からライフサイクルとして組み込まれ ていたサー
フィンを辞めるという選択肢は彼にはなかったと言う。
登山家がそこに山があるから登るのと同じように、サーファーもそこに海がある
から波に乗るのだろう。
住めるとなれば、以前のままの日常を営む。
至極人間的で、それ以上でもそれ以下でもない。

 a surfer

There was none of surfers in the year of Tohoku erthquake and Tsunami happened in Karasuzaki beach where is located about 30km north of Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. After a year passed, I could find some of them.

This surfer looked tired, but happy after surffing.
He knew a lot of people had lost their lives by the Tsunami in this seaside, and radioactive contaminated water leaked every minutes from the plant. But he said he couldn't stop surfing even after the Tsunami as surfing had been a part of his life since loog time ago.

Most of evacuation order have been lifted in Minami-soma city and this reagion is officially regarded as safe place to live, so he spend his life just like before the Tsunami.
I think that's the way of humans, nothing more, nothing less.
